Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
